In which year did you purchase your first computer?

Computers are fairly expensive in most countries, most people access them in office or college. If you have your own computer in which year did you purchase your computer ?

First computer I got in 5th grade since I was best kid in class but very poor. My first laptop, which I choose and paid, was in second year of college. I worked full time job for a month and studied in same time plus I got scholarship. I invested my money in HP laptop.

I purchased my first computer in the year 2017. It was a refurbished Windows 10 version. I gave me excellent service and my experience with it was quite good before it crashed some three years later.

I think it was 2011. I work for seven years. I bought laptop on second year so plus 4 years. Looks like 2011.

My first laptop was purchased during my second year in school then around 2013. It was a great achievement then and something I didn't maximize then.

In 2008 or 2009, I bought a second-hand Thinkpad from a store that sells refurbished laptops. I used it for both work and school purposes.
