There are other species of Bagrass recommended by the Bureau of Forestry good for Eucalyptus. The one with huge trunks are good for lumber. It's all up to the person on what type he will plant.

Do update us when you get the regulatory information from the government agency concerned. This is my first time to read about the potential profitability of bagras trees. I am more familiar with mahogany trees which can be sold after 15 years after planting and rubber trees which can become profitable within 5 years.

I am still negotiating the renter of my 1-hectare inheritance. It is rented by a businessman. He planted my property with dwarf coconuts and he is enjoying a huge profit but I have a royalty fee of 15% of the gross. I asked only that percentage because he is the one capitalizing. You can see your department of forestry on the web in your location and ask if they have bagrass seedlings.
In Italy there is a more than right law that prohibits the cutting of trees. This in order to respect every living creature. I hope you agree with this concept.

It is also banned in my country but once seek petmit from the Department of environment and natural resources, the owner will be allowed, however the trees must already be cut into lumber before transporting them.
Forgive me this question my dear. What do you intend to do with those large Bagrass trees growing on your land? I ask you this because from the information I found, they grow very rapidly and can widen their trunk up to 50 centimeters per year.

The trees were already cut and sold. there were buyers who went to my property and negotiated the price per tree. I sold the Bagrass to them for their personal business too. They were the ones who asked permission to cut and transport the logs to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources ( DENR).
That is great that you were able to sell your Bagrass trees. It is my first time hearing about this and I did not know such a thing exists until now.
Forgive me two questions, you know, I was behind for a long time:
- What do the buyers to whom you sold them do with your trees now?

The kand I inherited was rented yearly by a big-time farmer. He planted bananas, jackfruits, and a variety of vegetables like string beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, and more. I do not know what the buyer did to the trees. Perhaps they sold the logs in retail.
So I think I understand my dearest friend, so you rent your land to farmers who sow and grow their plants and also tall trees. Therefore the property is yours, but not always what is grown on it.
The Bagrass trees the here in Italy called Eucalipto, are also present here in my country. In fact they grow particularly in two Italian regions, one of which is Liguria which is my Italian region where I live.

Here in Italy the Eucalipto trees are used exclusively for their leaves, which have beneficial effects on the respiratory tract, have an expectorant and balsamic action, improving breathing in cases of colds, coughs and asthma. Here in Italy no trees are sold.
