I once fallen a victim of investing in HYIPs that had claimed to earn 45% of the return on investment after 24 hours. However I invested my $10 worth of bitcoins and to my surprise the website turned out a scam. What do you think?

HYIP is meaning usury there is no difference between HYIP system or getting loan system as they are same concept.
45% in just 24 hours is too much. There is no business that will give that return in 24 hours. That is how they do. They will tempt us will impossible return and we will fall for them.
Investment in high-yield investment programs is not encouraging because they are characterized with scamming activities.
Those yield levels are never realistic, one should look for something more conservative and realistic, anyone who knows a little about how yields work would never put their money to work on a site that claims to almost double your money in 2 days, that's impossible, I guess it served as a lesson
I agree with you, in general HYIP sites are aimed at newcomers in the crypto world and to those who want to be able to make money easily and quickly without any hassle, and HYIP sites will never run out of the internet because newcomers will also enter every day.
Majority of the people that will fall victim of the HYIP schemes are newcomers.
Yes, one should avoid as much as possible this type of sites if you really appreciate your work and your money, since the probability of seeing your money again is almost zero.
More and more information about HYIPs is fraud, whether through websites, forum sites etc., I hope newcomers will read and be able to avoid HYIP sites that will make them lose,
