Investing in International Stocks

Have you invested in a foreign market and more specifically international stocks? Have you made money by investing in stocks from foreign companies? Based on your personal experiences, can you share the key considerations when investing in international stocks and navigating foreign markets?
As far as I am concerned, I am yet to make any investment in a foreign market, however, I have a deep interest.

I have never done such but I am planning to do that very soon. There is even someone who explained that he is investing in a foreign stock here and i replied but he had not responded to me

I'm yet to invest fully into international sticks nor foreign market, but I'm still testing the waters to see how deep it could be should eventually I step in my feet into it, so I don't get caught up, still gathering some useful and relevant knowledge needed to execute the job.

Foreign markets are better to invest in compared to those of my country. This is because I am in developing country and would make better profits investing in stocks from a developed country. I have never invested in them but I will in future.

I have invested some stocks in the US stock market. This is done through my bank in Hong Kong. The process is easy. Same as buying stocks in Hong Kong.

I have never invested in a local market before, not to mention a foreign one, cause i have little to no knowledge about the stock market. I might have to enlist the help of a specialist.
