If that is titled property, then time comes that the price will be higher especially if it is a commercial lot. How many square meters is that? Hoping you fenced that property to avoid trespassers.

Better plant fruits or root crops to yield something good to save. You can plant jackfruit, banana, onions, ginger, sweet potato, potatoes. Don't let it idle.

Don't sell it that's a good invest. Having a renter means income. Save the rent and see if it could equal to your invested capital.
