Investing in Private Limited Vs Public Limited Company

Do you like investing in private limited companies or public limited companies. Public limited companies are established with huge capital, think in terms of millions. However, Private Limited Companies have a small capital. Public limited companies are also publicly traded companies through stock market, where as private companies are formed by private investors.

I think it is better to invest in public limited companies. Anything that has to do with the government can be trusted.

It will be extremely difficult for me to choose one out of the two because both investment are good.

Majority of the public limited companies as stable and I think investing in them would be preferable.
