Is a voiceover artist still a lucrative business?

Voiceover artist are usually used for most advert videos, for marketing and even entertainment. Voice-overs are also used for movies, but these days with the introduction of artificial intelligence or AI as some would call it, you can now use AI to create voiceovers. Do you think this is still a lucrative business?

In my own opinion the voiceovers artists among other artists make a lot of money through influencer marketing and product endorsement. These gigs pay them tons and tons of money.

I really doubt that this can be a lucrative job. That's because in recent time, there is an influx of text to speech AI tools that will easily generate voice for your videos.

Yes I also don't think this business would still be that lucrative. Unless you come across some companies or clients who prefer using real humans for their voiceovers rather than AI

Voice over artists are making crazy money doing campaigns for online clients. They pay for one gig far higher than what people earn on paid to post forums daily.

As someone that does commercial voice over recordings, I can tell anyone for free that voice over artists are still trend and earning well.

I heard that it is struggling situation in my country now. It seems that they need to find other venues to show and earn from their innate talents now.
