I didn't withdraw because it is on my Serey Wallet. I'm saving for the upcoming bull run. The rate? It depends on the Serey Power of an upvoter. Serey Power is the money staked which determines the value of your upvote. If the Serey Power of is huge and upvotes your post, you'll get good amount. If Serey Power is low, you'll get low amount. That's the same with Steemit, Hive, Blurt, and also Appics.
