The answer is yes, the broom is a profitable business. All homes need a broom and this day I shopped around for a broom and was so shocked to see the price difference. In the past t was P 199 pesos . This day the price soared up to P 395 pesos. The price was ridiculous. What makes it expensive is when the maker does not need gasoline in making neither a current. Well anyway, the broom-maker needs an electric fan for they will be perspired in assembling the grass brooms.

Broom is in high demand everywhere. We can see sweepers in the streets, another kind of broom is used, in the lawn, another kind of broom is used and inside the home, another kind of broom is used the lighter and softer one. Broom grass is sufficient throughout my country. I do not know in your country. When I stored in Auckland, their broom is different from the brooms from Philippines. They are huge for people there are also huge, people in my country are mostly cute so brooms are also cute. It was learned that the sources are so far away. Majority of the production is from the subsistence farming areas and dispersed collection from the forest and transported to far away provinces or cities. What do you say? is this business good ?

Really that's good to know broom sellers there are happy. Hoping they don't double charge those tourists. I saw in mall the other year and I bought 1 broom made from Baguio city. The price was 299 pesos.

Yes the brooms made in Baguio city are sturdy and well kempt. It could last up to 3 years.

That's ridiculous. Our brooms that are made from raffia and palm leaves hardly last more than months.

I think nowadays electrical brooms are high demand, it can be a lucrative business.
