Supervision is necessary whenever you employ someone to do any job for you especially if it's handwork. If you have the ability to hire someone to supervise, that's good. Most times it's better to supervise work yourself so things cam be done the way you want.

Also I think the time of supervision really matters because there are some companies that only invite their supervisors to come once in a week while some do it once in a month but I think I prefer it weekly so that we will know how our weekly improvement
