If you want to become a successful business owner, you first take note that we, in some way or another are also customers. As a customer, what do you need from the company?

Customers need to feel that they are valued! Their opinions matter the most. We cannot just say, I will take note of that. After several days or weeks, same customer showed up and complained the same issue. Have you resolved it the first time he told you the issue?

That is customer experience. Our customers need to feel they are simply heard. As the saying "people don't care what you, until they know you care".

Big word! Yes! We need to focus on customer experience. One mistake we commit, that will go to social media now. It is difficult to get praises from people. But if you did something wrong, keep an eye of the tweets or posts, you will be on the headline. It is unfair how people think in the society. They don't broadcast all the good things but will shout out the bad things the business has done wrong [to them].

Customer Experience is important for the business to grow and prosper. Invest on trainings and seminars about customer service.

Like they say, no experience is wasted. True we are also customers, cause we would definitely need to purchase materials or other items from other sellers as well. Just attend to your customers the same way you want to be treated or attended to.

Indeed, customer experience is important. I think i always do this "when i eat in some resto or buy something in some shop/store and the value their customers and of course the products is really good, you dont have to pay me to promote of their shop/store or resto i will do it for free by telling my family and my friends about them

Can't agree more. Customer experience is of utmost importance to a company. A company will not survive with lots of unhappy customers.

Cannot imagine a business to operate without customer care these days
So important. So if the owner is hiring workers, he or she should look for someone who has customer service experience. Even basic skills will do than can be polished while they are employed.
