Is flooding an issue in your place?

The area outside my flat always floods whenever a strong typhoon hits. It seems to be happening more frequently these days, making me think climate change is having a severe impact. What is concerning is that even without heavy rain, flooding still occurs. Is flooding an issue where you live as well?

Generally speaking, flooding is not too serious in my city. But when typhoon hits or there is heavy rainfall, there is flooding in some areas.

It is not most likely to happen in my city. Since I am living in the mountain, the usual thing that may happen is land erosion.

I can relate. Whenever it rains heavily, the streets end up getting flooded., especially if it rains continuously. Here in my area, I noticed that even if the rain is not pouring heavily, the street gets flooded. I hope the local government can do something about it.

Yes there have been some cases where some houses where flooded, leaving those people homeless. I don't wish this on anyone.

Flooding is unending issue in the city which is why I hate storms. I only like cute rains for the floods are cute too.

The flood here is only happening in the interior part of the city being congested but not all parts others are controlled already.

I always find land erosion quite alarming, especially when I encounter it on my way to Baguio City. That is why I usually steer clear of the area during the rainy season.

Flood is always an issue here but not severe. It subsides after some hours. But in Manila it's extreme.

Flooding was a problem 10 years ago when we lost 3 villages. Last few years we have problems with big and strong ice storms wich broke roofs on many houses.

Flooding is a marginal issue in my place. It happens but not at the level to be very destructive.
