In our country, gambling is illegal for local resident, however, foreigners can gamble. In fact there are are a lot of casinos in the country. These casinos are for foreigners and it the locals are found to be playing in the casino, they will be penalized.

in Hong Kong, all gambling activities are illegal except those authorized by the government. These authorized forms of gambling include horse racing, football betting and Mark Six lottery, all organized by Hong Kong Jockey Club.
It is legal here. There are casinos in the country, and I used to visit them for fun. However, it's been more than ten years since my last visit, and I have no intention of going back.
One is very free to open gambling centres as far as you are registered and licensed as a gambling operator.
In my country, they are legalized despite some locals wanted to shut them down. They are not successful with this course of action.
Gambling is very legal in my country. The only point that it becomes illegal is when underage persons get involved in it.
