Is it easier for beautiful people to secure jobs?

I came across an argument recently, some persons believe that it is a lot easier for beautiful or attractive persons to secure a job compared to others, while there are does who believe looks don't matter but as long as you have all that it takes to fit that position, then you are good to go. Personally I feel it depends on the company and as well as the position you are going for. There are some companies that do not mind the level of your IQ, they just need someone attractive to act as the face of the company in some ways, while others do the main work.

It is normal especially if that good-looking applicant has skills the company needs, if not, it is a useless personality. What matters this time is skill, not face. But if she or has a creative in that office, there is no problem with getting hired.
