Definitely, Yes, it is good to invest in a parking space. It is simply because of many reasons; one is its profitability. There are none-stop users in a parking lot. It is estimated by investors that one can have a return on investment of 2% per year. So, if there is wide space in your lawn, you can allocate a standard size of a perpendicular –side –by side parking space at 5 meters long by 1.30 meters wide. You have to see to it that there is no problem for each parking lot user once they park and leave the place. A good location with crowded parking makes car owners difficult to pay for their space. The parking lot location is very important. It must have good, ample parking to generate more renters than a poor parking lot. All you have to do is seek a permit to operate a private parking space.

Yes, investment in parking lots is very profitable, especially in big cities like Jakarta. Narrow land, many people who have a car but do not have a garage, besides that, for reasons of the road to the house, the car cannot enter.

I saw in Auckland near the airport a very wide parking lot and you cannot park without paying first. There is a machine where you have to drop your payment and you will be provided with a receipt of payment. It is a very profitable business.

I believe it depends on the location of the person though. Like over here in my country i would advice the person to go fully into real estate by doing something else with the land rather than just a parking space.

Having a parking lot for rent could be a lifetime business especially if it is located near the airport where cars are parked while waiting for their loved ones to alight from the planes.

That's right, if you have a vacant lot, you may invite a renter or manage it by yourself. You just go to the office of the department of trade anf industry to register your parking space name. You may also connect yourself to owners of parking lots and join their association.

Investing in parking space is really very interesting and promising, especially if the parking space we have is strategic, near offices, schools or colleges, train stations, even though many agencies have parking spaces but not sufficient to accommodate the increasing number of vehicles.

In Zagreb investor start build a building. Most people think it will be apartments, store and business area. Maybe new hotel. Instead it was 6 floors with more than 500 parking places. Best invest ever.

Yes it's a very lucrative business. How nice if having a land at least 1 hectare near where malls, and stores are. There are free parking spaces in malls but not enough for car owners to park.

It is true that you would need enough Land to carry out this type of business but on the overall, it is lucrative.

That's so right, how nice if my land in the province I inherited is located in the city to have a good passive income. But my property in the province is rented annually.

Best would be get land in big city, near building and then make parking places. Most people in big citys don't have enough parking place. Just rent on month basis, not daily.

In the city where I live, it is overcrowded, no land for sale. Small lots alone cost 3 million pesos. Good to those who first occupied the city. They are not very wealthy .

For bigger price you sell parking space with cover for car. It will cost little more in initial investion but long term is more better. Roof cost but it last for many years.
