Yeah investment in parking lots is very profitable and lucrative especially here in my location. it is alot better in the urban centers and in big cities as alot of people have cars.

People always find it hard to park their cars when shopping in malls though malls here have free parking lot in the underground. But during Christmas and fiestas, the free parking for cars is not enough so people park far away.

There are free parking lots here but only those customers in the malls. Other parking lots are for rent per hour. They cannot park without paying first and they cannot leave without paying for the exit too. There is double paying.

Yes even here in Nigeria those parking spaces in mols are always used up as they are always a lot of people stopping by the malls abs and other business centers to shop

That is why I sometimes wonder if there are poor people because the malls are always busy entertaining customers buying all sorts of. It seems there is no tomorrow for them. Others go to malls to refresh themselves through the cold atmosphere from the air conditioning.

I'm so sure of that. My friends until now cannot escape from her debts that's surcharged. I told her to find a part time job or work online to have a back up of her daily needs. She's stubborn. She is perhaps lazy to work as a VA online.

It surely has a good profit, but there will be days profit low like HolyWeek and transport strikes. There will be no parkers. But on other occasions, profit is high. It is proven by my friend who has a parking lot for rent.

I don't think we have any free days for no payment of this parking space here maybe Sunday morning when every one is in church otherwise you py your ticket daily

It is happening in all big cities in the Philippines car owners are free to park in malls' parking lots. Sometimes I park my car in the mall but most of the time at the university. I am afraid to park in the mall park it is on the underground, what if there is earthquake, God forbid.

In my country parking space is very difficult most especially in the cities and if you create one, it is big way to make money.
