Is it necessary to create Grievances Department?

In some companies, they need to create this deparment. For the reason that it can handle all the grievances within the company. These are issues or concerns that employees' had done or trying to report against their co-workers or colleagues.

It will be necessary but it can adversely affects work relationships. Sometimes, it is better to allow co workers solve their problem without going extra mile.

It's very important for them. In places where there is many people especially in organisations, company, work places grievances department can play a major role in providing solutions to disputes arising between people.

Probably, it is not actually necessary in my own opinion because creating such a department means that the business person will be spending more money which is usually not advisable as a business person.

I think it is something very necessary to do in a business venture. When you know the grievances of your employees you'll be able to solve it faster. Some grievances can even hamper their work rate.

It will surely break the workmanship between them. At some instances, they can sort out the problems and deal with them. If they cannot resolve them, then it is about time to ask the help from the higher-ups.

creating the grievances department is very important in my own opinion even though the workers can be able to sort out their problems. As a business man you must not allow any kind of quarrel among the workers because it can hamper their productivity.

Yeah having a Grievances Department is important as it provides an avenue for employees to voice their concerns and complaints without fear of retaliation this helps to create a more positive work environment, increases job satisfaction and improves productivity.

Yeah, I think business ventures can do that an anonymous way, like having an anonymous way of collecting opinion of workers in the business venture.
