I would like to know if it's possible to start Reselling Business like we buy products at a lower price and can then sell these at higher price either online or offline as per our choice.

Yes it's very possible to do this, you just need to find a place where you can buy your desired goods in bulk at a very cheap rate then sell to to others in a higher rate.

Then, what is business? Business is buying low and selling high. Every business follow these priniple; you buy low and sell high. You must not sell your product to make money. You can sell other people's products and make good profits.
