is it right to copy someone's business idea?

When it comes to issues like this, personally i feel it is wrong to copy the ideas of others, unless you have taken permission from the original owner, or you simply use their ideas as a guideline to help create yours. These days i have come across so many persons who tend to copy ideas belonging to other even without permission and they dont care about the effects it would cost in the future.

People are copying business ideas all the time. My business ideas have been copied and since those who copied them are well connected, they are making huge profits, while I am getting nothing and making a huge loss.

In my country, if a company copied the ideas of the other competitors, it will be a crime and be filed lawsuit against them.

There is no way to justify this. It is never right to steal someone else's business idea. I've noticed that most people who steal someone else's business idea never succeed in the business.
