Always be sure that you have a strong case before taking up industrial action against your employer. Some staff are politically instigated to take up industrial actions against their bosses and it doesn't always end well.
Being politically instigated to take up industrial action against your employer is not a good option in my perspective. like you have stated it does not always end well.

Probably, it is the most peaceful approach to protest for anything especially in the workplace. Government workers also embark on industrial action.

Yes one can go ahead so that Some employers can learn. Some of them can be very mean , insensitive and inconsiderate to other humans.When you embark on industrial action it reset their brains

Some employers don't understand any other language apart from strike. You would call them to negotiate, they won't turn up. Swir ome employers don't have the mind to sit down in a meeting with their staff.

If I want get anything with strike, all teachers in country must go in strike. We had it few years back and it was great. Most often people don't go in strike since they think boss will molest them later.

I think the strike would be a great solution for the poor working conditions, low salaries and incentives, low overtime payments, stagnation at the workplace and all the other irregularities that goes on the workplace.

I am not a timid person when it comes to reporting the bad deeds or any bad actions of my higher-ups. I did this before because I cannot stand it dealing incompetent bosses.

I have had a boss who heard never accepted to have meeting with us the staff. He knew that we would always talk about salary increment. That's the employers that deserve industrial action.

From my experience, industrial actions have helped to solve the issues in some workplaces. When the workers strike, they would be called to the negotiation table. It is a great tool for employees.

Some people in the private sector are scared of their employers for fear of being sacked. They don't believe in fighting their employers for what is right.

Is a strike a bad thing to embark on if the organization is not living up to its requirements. For me, I don't think it is a bad idea.
Industrial action is not a crime so far it is done legitimately without destroying any company properties. All avenues to solve the difference must have been put in place before embarking in strike.

Strikes are part of labour laws globally and are described as a last resort when your employer fails to live up to his or her obligation..as an activist myself, I have always led industrial actions.

It even helps the employers to know what the employees need since they are clamoring for it and it is important to satisfy them with anything they want

For me I think there is no harm to take your boss to court whenever they have crossed you on the workplaces. The most downside part of this is that your job would be at stake.
