Is it wrong to take up industrial action against your employer?

I am not sure about what "industrial action" means. However, I have heard about legal action of a company against their ex-employees all the time. It is much better to avoid such things in the first place. Going through legal problems could be a nightmare.

For me I think there is no harm to take your boss to court whenever they have crossed you on the workplaces. The most downside part of this is that your job would be at stake.
Some people feel this is wrong but there are times when it is not wrong and you will even be Justified for that action especially when your boss is not treating you well at all

There is no harm to sue a boss whenever you are right or they have crossed the line in the workplaces. The only problem is that one's job would be at stake.

It is not wrong to do that. Although we might have valid reason to take up industrial actions, I feel like it is not a wise thing to do especially if you plan on working there for long

In my country and I think most other countries, work strikes are legal as long as they are peaceful. So I don't see any issue with it. In fact, most workers get heard when they strike and the administration agree for a negotiation to occur.

Some employers only understand the agitations when there is a strike. It is a legal thing enshrined in most constitutions. If I own an organization, I would never allow an agitation to get to strike hwvauuir damages the reputation of a business.

Reporting an employee isn't a bad idea but employees must be very careful and weigh all options available. but In civilized countries, it is a good idea as one will get justice.

The most important thing is for it to be a very good reason why you are going to take up action against your employer because in most cases you will end up leaving the job after you must have been paid compensation.
