A lot of people are still doing it but global economic downturn have affected the business of mini importation. Globally, trading and commerce have been negatively impacted by the pandemic and tension in Europe.
When you look at the exchange rate, and your eventual landing cost of a product, how would you sell to get patronage in this hard economy. People are just hopeful that the new president would come and turn things around. For now, they are just relaxing their businesses.
I believe that any kind of importation is actually a good business project because you will have more chance of making more profit from the product you imported.
Yeah, importation business is always very lucrative. if you are able to import products you will probably make a lot of profit because you will buy them at a very cheap price and sell them at a higher price.
And in my country, they prefer imported products to locally made products. Even of the quality of the imported products might b lower than the locally made, they would still buy the imported.
That is not good in my own opinion. I always try as much as possible to consume locally-made products because they even have more quality and they are cheaper. It will also make the economy to grow.
Mini importation was once a very popular way to make money like you have said, i believe this method of making money is still very much active even till now, though this days most persons tend to focus more on affiliate marketing, but mini importation is still lucrative for does who are still doing it.

I agree with you. It is still feasible, but they can still need to open for changes in this kind of business. As you mentioned, they can tap and use the option of the scheme affiliate marketing.
I do agree that affiliate marketing is one of the best options in every business. A business person needs to be opened in new changes in the business world. If he or she scared of new things, then the company will not progress.
