In most African countries, the answer is capital no. A lot of people prefer open defecation. Though government is trying to stop it but it seems very difficult. Even in event centre, people will prefer to go inside the Bush.

I am not sure if it is profitable here in my country. Mobile toilets are not feasible. The government installed fixed toilets instead.

Makeshift toilets can be quite useful if you are organizing and event in an area where there is no accessible washroom. Open places like a rural area, camp site, or hiking event would definitely need of these mobile toilets. However the quality of these mobile toilets have some limitations, for example, the amount of space within the toilet, the quality of the toilet. etc. I would not consider these as good business, as they are rather huge to transport but it can be useful in some specific situations.
