Yup, you got it. But I hope the income at the start of the year can cover at least 2 or 3 months income. But I doubt as many establishments don't do this anymore. Their customers want other stuff for free at the beginning of the year. Just like the store in my village, instead of calendar, they gave umbrella to customers as a giveaway this holiday.

You have a very valid point because it is a seasonal business the reason is that it is not available all year round and you could only do it during festivities which makes it makes it a less attractive form of investment.
