Yes, many online shopping are well known in my country. We can buy goods from home only by using the marketplace application on our cellphone. There are many marketplace applications that you can use, but most of them use the Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia applications. I am one of them, who often makes buying and selling transactions online there. How about you?

If the product that was delivered is fake, it can be returned by submitting a complaint to the marketplace, don't forget to include the package unboxing video. And before buying, make sure the shop is trustworthy by looking at the store's ratings and reviews.

The pandemic of coronavirus took almost every business online that is the reason why most people who are not familiar with online shopping before have started making use of it now.

For my country you can shop online from Konga, jumia and from Facebook pages I love to buy more from Facebook and I just go somev that I will see things where cheape to buy. .

Online shopping is also getting popular here. But there are many big shopping malls here. People enjoy both online and offline shopping. I mainly shop offline because the shopping mall with supermarket, personal care stores, cake shops is just a few minutes walk from my place.

Since I mostly do offline shopping, I am not aware of marketplace applications which are widely used here. However, most supermarkets and personal care stores have online shops. There's also a big online shop called HKTV Mall which is very popular here.

Few years back online shopping was not as common as it is doing by people nowadays. Draz.com played very important role to make it common here, they started selling common used items in very low price and when people started purchasing it they increased prices but over certain limit.
