Is selling old clothes a good business?

I see lots of vendors selling old/used clothes on the road side daily. I won't buy used clothes but I see lots of crowds buying them. Is it a good business? Have you bought or do you like to buy second hand clothes?

I think this will depend on the location. The people here live to buy old things in general because they are a lot cheaper. So in my location it is a good business idea
