Is shoe polishing good to start business for kids?

My kids won't be shining shoes for money. It is adult business that is not suitable for kids.

In my place, kids are now not allowed to do shoe polishing money making because of the order of the government to put the kids in safety.

Shoe polishing by kids are not anymore allowed in my place. The city government wrote a memo disallowing young kids to do business on shoe polishing and whoever is caught parents will be penalised.
