Based on my opinion and the research I made, I believe that solana is the fastest blockchain out there because it uses a very unique consensus mechanism . However, this mechanism is called proof of history POH . The proof of history consensus mechanism would allow you to achieve a very high throughput and it also gives you opportunity to achieve low latency.
