Is the circumcision allowed in your culture?

In my country the circumcision is allowed and it's being done to the boys under the age of 12 years of age.

It is also the same thing here. In fact, it is not optional. Most young boy have it once they reached 12 years old or below. Some parents usually let their baby boys to be circumcised once the mothers gave birth.
