I came across a company some time back, one of their rules was that an employee has to be at a particular age before they can become managers, meaning no matter how qualified they are or their achievements, if they are not up to age, they can never become managers. Do you think one has to be reach a specific age before he or she can become managers?

in my place, there are young people hired to managerial positions because of their track records. My neighbor's son is brilliant and graduated top in the university and perfected the written exam and oral interviews. He was trained abroad.
