It you have been following cryptocurrency fo long, you won't say that people have been saying it but also know yourself that it will happen. And if you look at what is happening now, you will. see that most cryptocurrency are rising in price

In my opinion, using Trendline analysis the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase until the end of February and be around $27k. Today the price of Bitcoin is at the level of $23k, so if you buy a large amount of Bitcoin it will be profitable if you sell it at the end of this month.
