Transcription can be profitable, but it requires some skill. Before applying, you must have excellent listening skills.
Transcription required a lot of practice and hard work, yes you are right as we need to do some other things also but there are few things as from where we will get work, and if will get how we'll meet the standard by which we get paid.
Transcription involves a lot of perseverance and listening skills. Most transcription websites will give you some training and test to prove if you are proficient. And the tests are difficult to pass. Many of my friends tried and fail woefully.
I agree with you that transcription is very profitable but it requires some skills. I find transcription job extremely difficult for me.

Exactly the site also need something from us. They won't pay us so easily. The sites which pay easily to the members are suspicious and may shut down their operations sooner or later.
