When a group of people work as a team for themselves or a company one of the most important things to consider is trust, without trust they cannot achieve their goals.

Trust is really vital in teamwork. It might be difficult for team members to cooperate and work efficiently if they lack trust. Trust contributes to the creation of an atmosphere in which team members can rely on one another and feel comfortable sharing ideas and working together.
