Job and Degree are different in Pennsylvania

Josh Shapiro, the new governor of Pennsylvania, issued his first executive order after taking office eliminating the need for a college degree for more than 90% of state government posts. In Pennsylvania, the majority of government jobs are now open to everyone without a formal schooling requirement.

It happens also in Canada. Before you can have the right jobs in this country, you still need to study in university because the curriculum is totally different from other countries.
