Yeah, anyone who wants to go for interview must be confident enough. The level of your confidence can even determine if you will be taken or not.

I have heard so many stories about persons who have gone for job interviews but they where asked questions not related to the position they applied for or even what they studied. What's your take on this? Are the interviewers being fair?
I don't think it's fair, at least they should always try to ask questions that are a bit related to the job role the applicant is applying for.for me its very unfair.
