Part of the ability to find topics you want to discuss, is to create those said topics you want to discuss. You will continue to find lack of stuff to discuss, if you refuse to create the content yourself. So try it, you might find it to be fun, and you get paid for it at the same time. Plus it helps others to be able to earn too, if they have new stuff to reply to also!

The admin is too pompous and have no manner of approach. Due to the admin strictness, the site have lost a lot of members. If you are a member of the site, you better tread with caution!

What made you believe that the admin is pompous? Admin is a busy man, he has a full-time job, therefore, he does not have time to check the site every day. The site does not have a lot of members because admin is too busy to do the marketing.
