Most of the time we feel too much stress and we do have a lot of tasks to perform when I face the situation like this I say myself. Don't do anything at the moment, sit and just calm down and relax.
This thing work for me and after few minutes when I feel relaxed I started doing task again and I feel new power.
Did you ever try something like this?

I make it a point to schedule occasional downtime even when I'm swamped at work.
To catch my breath, I step outside for a moment. I can return to my work with a refreshed state of mind.

It is easier said than done. When you are battling with things like relationship, finances, health, issues with your coworkers can you actually calm down and just relax.

We need to have a breather in terms of releasing our tension deep in us. We cannot let them keep for a long time. It can lead to heart problems.
