Know when to bow out

This is just a call for us to keep when to quit. They are projects, contracts, jobs , relationship etc that we need to quit without looking back. When a thing is no longer serving it purpose it might just be a time to quit. What do you think?

I second the motion, it's a good move to quit if find something not anymore functional. It may add burden.

I gave up my job at the prime of my career. It had to be done as the atmosphere in the company was not conducive.

Yes, we should know the right time to quit when things do not work out. Hanging on is just a waste of time. Better look for better opportunities.
