Large Organization VS Small Organization- Which one do you prefer to work in?

I don't know what plans others have for there life's but I personally don't see myself working for anyone I see myself giving people jobs
But to get to that stage I will have to go through certain process that would involve work
So I guess it will be better to work in a large organization

I have worked for both large organizations and small organizations. There are pros and cons. You get more exposure and fringe benefits working for large organizations. But you may have to deal with a lot of office politics. Working in small organizations allowed me to work in various roles and the relationship among co-workers and owner is more personal.

My sister was transferred as a nurse to a big hospital and she comes back stressed everyday. That is because the workload is so much unlike the small hospital she was in before where the work load is minimal. I personally don't like stress at all.

Until I get good salary I am fine with both. If I don't get enough money for work I do, I would not be satisfied with any. I worked in company from 100 employers to company with 35 same job and it was same for me.
