Most business owners today follow the golden rule of customers are always right. Due to this, they tend to always side their customers, especially if it's a high paying customer. They don't care if the customers are even the ones at fault, they are willing to please their customers over their staffs. While it is good to support your customers, you should also be able to support your staffs, they also play an important role in the growth of your business.

This concept that customer is always right do not give very good result to a business. Because mostly it has been seen that management ignore staff and support customers whether they are right or wrong, I feel that the management do have something in their mind as we can change the staff by our own self but we cannot get new valuable customers.

Yes that's one way to look at it. There are lots of people looking for jobs, so changing a staff should not be that hard, but when it comes to customers, they assume every customer is indispensable.

That's right Staff are humans too While it is good to support customers, employers should support staff too Employers sometimes don't care if the customers are even the ones at fault. Which is bad

Customers are always right is an old school thought, these days businesses make believe the customers believe that they should have these products otherwise they will be missing a lot of things

Defend only your staff if he or she does not make mistakes in handling the customers. Never be biased, always hear both sides to clear everything that may affect your business.
