I've learned that I cannot always rely on those who work around me, to take the initiative, that I need to make sure I stay on top of everything, regardless of how others want to slack off of doing work.

I have actually earned from my failure as a result of procrastination and resolve never to procastinate again, I always ask myself why don't I do now what I plan to do later, same way procrastination has affected many people.

Well, this is a common problem, but such kind of problems could be solved quite easily. You just need to identify the kind of mistakes employees are making and solve those problems.

I as a leader of an organization would refuse to be erratic and impulsive in decision making. It is best to always give people chances to prove themselves till they have exhausted the elastic limit.

I have been working for a company that paid peanuts and asked people to work for them like robots. I worked for them for more than one month and I stopped working there after that. If people want us to work for them, so they should pay a fair amount of money for that.
