I used to make a wish before blowing out the candles on my birthday cake when I was a kid. Now I am a bit old to celebrate my birthday. What about you?

I still celebrate my birthday, no candle blowing though but I still make silent wishes. I think it's because it became a norm for me, I never let go of the idea.

I am not so much into blowing candles and cut cake on birthday but whenever we celebrate birthday we eat sweets and order food from outside or fritters

On my birthday, I sometimes have birthday cake or traditional Chinese birthday buns. I do make a silent wish on my birthday wishing myself and my loved ones good health and happiness.
