Well that's a very nice and less stressful way of making money, but I believe there would be some sort of requirements before one's art collections can be picked for advertiser's.

Yeah it is to find out from the brand whatever requirements they need and try to accomplish it to start making money

Sounds really nice, but you have to be an artist or at least have some skills to be able to go into this line of business investment. It would be a great way to generate passive income though.

I think this is very lucrative business especially for the persons that are good at creative arts and artistes at large. I am very sure this can earn earn them greatly especially when they sriked good deals with big brands.
