Yes. In the community where I live, there are many household renovating their homes. So I guess, the contractors, suppliers are making money from it. I asked the contractor on FB, kitchen renovation is about 100k ($1800). I don't have that amount yet for the kitchen renovation.

Renovating kitchen and bathroom are the most expensive these days and if you opt to not to go for it you'll save a lot of money
