I believe the introduction part of the email plays a major role. These days most people do not have the time or patience to even go through the whole email, so you have to be able to convince them through your introduction.

That is another valid point. They need to make a proper introduction even though the are sending the mails everyday and they should state the title of their mail so that it can be precise

Imagine someone sending a letter to you and not telling you the purpose of the letter on as the title or the first paragraph. It will be very annoying and so many people will not entertain the letter

I'd add to the list that email checking is very important. If you send them to invalid addresses, then it affects your reputation, and your emails might end up in the spam folders.
It's best to use a tool like MailTester Ninja (which I also use) to check the emails before adding them to your list of receivers. It costs $10/month, and you can check up to 100k emails every day.
