Future reference, probably should contact @Jordan regarding it. I'm guessing you paid through PayPal?

Everything is fine I figured out that PayPal upgrades are manually approved so it's all good

Yea, for now at least xD

I do wish PayPal waas automatic but for some reason, I have to manually do the upgrades with PayPal. An on going issue I'm looking into.
