The most significant change I have experienced in my job is how I have been able to transition from basic software to very advanced software for work.

For me i would say it is the cost of fuel, over here, there is no stable power supply, hence we have to rely on fuel to power our generators to produce light. Right now the cost of fuel is extremely high.

There is nothing like logistic cases or issues when it is involving those that are working as freelancers because he will personally deliver whatever thing that you need to deliver to your client.

That's so true, changes are inevitable for the betterment of the company but the painful change if the company board members decide not to to convert part time statuses to full time regular.

Sure, change is needed all the way. it is inevitable for the greatness of the company but thisl change must always be a positive one if the company has to continue to move upward

It is good to work freely on a particular company because it will give you opportunity to explore your potentials and you can also work more effectively as well if given the opportunity.

Having lots of complaints from customer isn't a good thing to a business, the company might not even intend to send such a person at first but customers having a bad impression about the business isn't nice at all.
