No, they don't pay for the posts but they conduct contests and pay winners. It's a new site, maybe they will start paying per post in future.

On forumrace they paid for the top 10 posters but in this month for 3 posters

On discussion hub they pay for top 4 posters and 4 four referrers.

And the award for winners on DH for top poster and referrer each
