Personal discipline izs the best culture a man should have. You should have the culture of self control on all your activities. Know when and how to talk. Evaluate your your sentences critically before you speak it out. Don't say something that will enrage your listener. Don't be talkative without any sense in it.
Simply put, know when to speak and when not to. But most importantly, know what to speak. Most people just open their mouth and say anything that comes to mind without even thinking if it is right or how the next person would take it.
