Evaluate your your sentences critically before you speak it out. Don't say something that will enrage your listener. Don't be talkative without any sense in it.

Simply put, know when to speak and when not to. But most importantly, know what to speak. Most people just open their mouth and say anything that comes to mind without even thinking if it is right or how the next person would take it.

That's right I totally agree with you. Some people sometimes they keep talking without wanting to hear other people's conversations. And conversely some people are very rigid and silent all the time, not speaking except when we are fishing. Of course this will create a bad impression.

A businessman should remain cautious to assess their customers because some customer need very short talk while other need a detailed conversation and if we act accordingly then we won't get negative impact on our business on the other hand our customer may take negative impression.
