Not receiving email notifications for comments on quora

I am posting some answers on quora and have received some comments, which are visible in the stats page. However, I am not receiving any email notifications, which I was receiving earlier. Is anyone else facing this problem?

I think they should have a customer care service or an admin that you can talk to about this and they will rectify it

I think you should check the settings on your account to see if you have actually activated notification button.

Though i do not have an account on this platform but i have come upon it on several occasions. Someone once said you could make money with the platform, how true is this?
